Kazmierzanka Lounge sits on Archer Avenue like a quiet promise kept — the smell of rye hitting the oven, the sound of dough being folded, the sight of neighbors stopping by after Mass on Sunday mornings.
We are a Polish bakery and delicatessen rooted in the traditions of the Old World, but we live in the heart of Chicago's South Deering neighborhood. Everything we make is done by hand: breads leavened the old way, pierogi folded one by one, and cold cuts sliced thick enough to matter.
This isn't a chain. It isn't a franchise. It's a local business that has become part of the block's identity — the kind of place where your name might already be known if you've been coming long enough.

Hand-folded in house daily. Potato & cheese, meat, sauerkraut, mushroom — whatever your heart calls for.

Pierogi mix, bigos, paczki, jams, pickles, and pantry staples shipped straight from Poland. Everything you need to recreate a Polish kitchen at home.
